How To Fix LED Turn Signal Hyperflash Issue with Load Resistors

If you ever installed LED lights in your front and back turn signal of your vehicle, you will most likely notice an issue called hyperflash. This is caused by the fact that your flasher relay in your vehicle is designed to see a specific load on a regular filament light bulb. When you install LED lights, the load is much smaller and the flasher relay thinks the light bulb is burnt. The hyperflash is actually a feature to tell drivers that they need to replace the burnt light bulb.

To rectify this problem, I will show you how to install the 7440 load resistors for your Honda. The installation is very quick and easy. All you need to do is install the load resistor in line between the factory wiring harness and the LED light. This will fix any hyperflashing issue you may have. In my tutorial, I will make an adapter cable with the cigarette lighter plug for use with any 12V accessory devices that uses this plug. ZDATT LED Light with Interchangeable Color Lens

The ZDATT LED lighting kit is unique in a sense that it comes with interchangeable color lens tube. Most LED lighting kits out on the market is just 5000K – 6000K color temperature to output pure white. By having interchangeable lens, you can now change the color output to either 3000K (amber) or 8000K (light blue).

The entire LED assembly is metal with an integrated cooling fan at the base. The lens is made of glass. There are 4 COB LED chips to provide the 360 degrees light output. There is an external LED driver housed in a metal enclosure. The light is IP65 rated. The installation is simple plug and play which will only take several minutes.
